座右の銘は『ただより高いものはない』。
褐色の肌に碧眼銀髪という珍しい容姿の旅人。GhoulやSecuritronなどの人間に近い人外が苦手。貞操観念はあんまりない。
Good SpringでPlatinum Chipの伝票を盗み、様々な場所で騒動を引き起こしつつ、ついにNew Vegasへと到達。Bennyを殺害してPlatinum Chipを奪取したまでは良かったものの、あれよあれよという間にCaesar's Legionに目をつけられ、その一員に。その内部で活動を続けながら、LegionとNCRを共倒れにするために行動を続けている。老け専だが顔が老けているだけでも可。

青眼の白人。自称キリスト教の巡回牧師だが、その正体は南部から派遣されたNCR Ranger。Platinum Chipを追っていたが、Kutoによって邪魔をされ、彼女の後を追うことになった。
New Vegas、Strip地区にてKutoを追い詰めたつもりだったが、Bennyの油断を突こうとしたKutoに利用され、罠にかけられる。そして頭部の怪我が原因でSumikaの姿が見えなくなってしまう。がむしゃらに復讐のためだけに生きてきたSiだったが、ようやく目の前の存在の大切さに気付き、NCRからの除隊を目指す。しかしすべては遅かった。ロリコンではない。

Vault解放直後にEnclaveによって改造され、誰にも目に付かない存在にされてしまっている。そのため、Si以外には見ることができず、その存在を察知できない。幼いときからともにいるSiのことを家族以上の存在として考えており、常に彼のことを第一に想っている。そのため己の姿が見えなりながらも、なおSumikaを大切に扱うSiとの関係を断ち切ろうかと決めあぐねている。駄目人間が好き。
